How would you define happiness ?

Health, Happiness, and Prosperity in life are an important part of life. Our body and mind are connected. Happiness is an abstract thing; you cannot see it or touch it. You only can feel it. Happiness is defined differently by a number of great philosophers.

v  Happiness is a state of mind. It is dependent on your worldly surroundings.
v  You can only make sure you're happy. No one else can do.
v  Money can give you almost everything except happiness.
v  Happiness is a habitual thing. You can discover it within yourself, but you cannot earn externally.
v  Source of tension or impatient is your mind. If you cannot control it. You cannot be happy.
v  The way you handle your problem in life will measure your happiness.
v  Happiness is like fragrance perfume, if you spread to others body you can also feel it.

In our day to day life, we do many things to make our body stronger for example running, swimming, exercise or any physical effort to do our needed daily jobs. However, we do very less activity to develop our mind, we rarely exercise it. This makes our mind weak. If you do exercise for your body your muscles will be stronger, similarly, if you do exercise for your mind your mind will be stronger. Weak mind subconsciously will control you. By nature, the mind has a tendency to be like a pleasure-seeking and use your brain as little as possible.

                                                                          Do you know most of our energy is drained for brain activity? At the beginning of the development of human life, there was less food available for consumption. This makes the human brain to a less active to survive the complete body. This energy saving mode continued until now generation after generation. Now in this world, we have no scarcity of food, but our tendency to be in energy saving mode has not changed yet.

                                                                            The great scientist once said, "We cannot change our future, but we can change out habit and this will definitely change our future". Once you change your habit in a positive direction, it will change your future and make your life a happy one.

If you are a student or preparing for any competitive exam then it is very common to listen - "work smartly and stays motivated".  But there is no proper definition of smart work and motivation is very personal things. If you don't give a clear direction to your mind it will not work efficiently or smartly. 10 Tips To Crack Any Competitive Exam

Nowadays it is very difficult to crack any competitive exam. It is not because of the exam is tough but because of competition is very high. The ratio of unemployment vs job opening is very high. It is higher than the inflation rate of the country. 

Still every year many people clearing exam or getting jobs. So, Those people required it, they are making it possible. Many times we have loopholes in our preparation and sometimes we can't even identify those loopholes. Here we will discuss 10 tips to crack a competitive exam. Nothing can be 100% sure be we can say these tips will increase the probability of getting selected twice. 

  • 1. Read for the right reason
    • In order to clear any govt exam at least study for 1 to 5 years. So, you have to read for the right reason other you cannot persevere for a long time. It might be for financial gain, position, power or self-respect or a combination of all. 

  • 2. Self-Study
    • Without self-study, it is virtually impossible to crack any competitive exam. So fix your time and do regular self-study for 6 to 8 hours. Do not read for long hours. You cannot persist for a long time. It will literally break you. Break your study hours in multiple sessions like study for 50 minutes and take a break for 10 minutes. It is better to use this 10 minutes for relaxing like close your eyes and take a deep breath. It will give you enough strength for the next 50 minutes strength. .....“No matter how busy you may think you are, you must find time for reading, or surrender yourself to self-chosen ignorance.”

  • 3. Smart Study
    • Do not read everything read only what you needed in your exam. Do not take it negatively.
