10 Tips To Crack Any Competitive Exam

Nowadays it is very difficult to crack any competitive exam. It is not because of the exam is tough but because of competition is very high. The ratio of unemployment vs job opening is very high. It is higher than the inflation rate of the country. 

Still every year many people clearing exam or getting jobs. So, Those people required it, they are making it possible. Many times we have loopholes in our preparation and sometimes we can't even identify those loopholes. Here we will discuss 10 tips to crack a competitive exam. Nothing can be 100% sure be we can say these tips will increase the probability of getting selected twice. 

  • 1. Read for the right reason
    • In order to clear any govt exam at least study for 1 to 5 years. So, you have to read for the right reason other you cannot persevere for a long time. It might be for financial gain, position, power or self-respect or a combination of all. 

  • 2. Self-Study
    • Without self-study, it is virtually impossible to crack any competitive exam. So fix your time and do regular self-study for 6 to 8 hours. Do not read for long hours. You cannot persist for a long time. It will literally break you. Break your study hours in multiple sessions like study for 50 minutes and take a break for 10 minutes. It is better to use this 10 minutes for relaxing like close your eyes and take a deep breath. It will give you enough strength for the next 50 minutes strength. .....“No matter how busy you may think you are, you must find time for reading, or surrender yourself to self-chosen ignorance.”

  • 3. Smart Study
    • Do not read everything read only what you needed in your exam. Do not take it negatively. Actually, you have planed a limited time for a competitive exam or your brain have capacity if you try to study everything and keep it in your brain might blast. So study only important things. To track important things you need to syllabus i.e scope of the exam and previous year questions or important topics of your syllabus. Don't study in depth for each and every topic. Do detailed study only for important topic or chapter.   • 4. Study Multiple Subjects Each Day
    • It’s more effective to study multiple subjects each day than to deep-dive into one subjects. Your brain imbibes things better. Change your subject will help you to avoid boredom. 

  • 5. Inspirational Content
    • At times you will feel very demotivated and down. It is nature and everybody go throw this. Even a very successful person can be demotivated at some time. In order to stand back, you need some motivation. So, keep the content what makes you motivated. It might be some quotes, video clips, to talking to your family member etc what make you feel good. 

  • 6. Self-Discipline
    • Motivation can help you to feel better but it cannot help you ultimately to crack the exam but discipline will. Your circumstance or mood will very flickering or unsteady. If you follow your mood you cannot be disciplined. So, plan your day well and execute it very well to complete your daily task. You have to be your task manager and follow your routine. Once you decide something then stick to it. 

  • 7. Do not Criticise or Condemn Your Situation
    • No matter how worse you are someone even worse than your and cracking the exam. So, stop complaining or criticizing. If you really have any problem solve it. If there is a wish there will be ways. 

  • 8. Worry More For Better Study
    • No matter how much you study It will never enough. So it is better to be a little worry in the morning for 10 minutes before study it will increase your concentration. Worry for the betterment not to create a problem. Go out your comfort zone and try to stand. 

  • 9. It's a Game of Perseverance
    • No matter what you have to study. So, keep your mind targeted and focus on your study. You may fail once or twice but you have to continue.

  • 10. Simplify, Summarize, and Compress the Information and Test Yourself Regularly
